Text Box: As Dominicans of Great Bend, Kansas, we believe that the Gospel of Jesus compels us to love justly as the very heart of loving tenderly and walking humbly before our God. We believe that action on behalf of justice and participation in the transformation of the world are essential dimensions of preaching the Good News Jesus entrusted to us. We believe that lasting Gospel peace can only come as a result of justice. Believing this, it is then the responsibility of each sister, individually and communally, to concretize our beliefs in actions for peace, justice and care of creation* so that the Word of God may be enfleshed more fully in each place and each hour of salvation history.
